Chef DLP (Dileep N Appachen),hailing from Erumely, Kottayam District,Kerala, started his career as a temple side shop stall boy in Erumely. Having completed a course in catering, he has 22 years of working experience and is still growing.

He has also prepared many signature dishes for Petroleum Rigs Officials as part of American Service Centre.

He also served as an executive and corporate chef, and has prepared many menus for many famous hotels , restaurants and resorts like Kadavu Restaurant, Grill Qatar, Casino Group of Hotels , KJM Group of Hotels , Southson India pvt ltd, Siena Village, Green Berg etc ...

Presently, he is with Bright hospitality Group, working at Bright Hotel, Attingal .
